What changed, and when
Method changes, sources added or paused, corrections to records and accepted disputes, in date order. A change to how any number is computed is written here before the number changes.

The first entries are written when a method rule changes, a source is added or paused, a record is corrected, or a dispute is accepted. Until then the methodology page is the complete statement of the rules.
What gets logged
- Method — a change to capture, matching, odds selection, grading, a metric definition or the sample policy. The methodology is revised the same day.
- Source added — a new service or a new public page of an existing service enters capture. Its record starts from that day; nothing is back-filled unless the page shows dated history, and that is noted.
- Source paused / Source removed — the page stopped publishing, blocked crawling, or moved behind a paywall. The existing record stays.
- Correction — a match, result or grade was wrong and has been fixed; affected statistics are recomputed on the next daily run.
- Dispute accepted — a dispute was upheld and the record corrected.
