Disputes

Every dispute about a captured pick, a match, a grade or a quoted claim is listed here with its status and resolution, whoever raised it. We answer within 7 days. An accepted dispute corrects the record and is written to the changelog.

No public disputes on file
No service or reader has disputed a record yet. When one is filed it appears here on the day it is opened, with its status; the resolution is added within 7 days. Nothing on this page is hidden once filed.

How to file

Write to contact@pickauditor.com. There is no form; the button below opens your mail client with the template filled in. A dispute about a specific pick needs the pick's URL on the service's site or the pick ID from our record page, so we can pull the raw capture.

Anyone can file: the service itself, a reader who spotted an error, or staff. Disputes from an address at the service's own domain are treated as the service's right of reply and are answered first.

Template
Service: [name, or the profile URL on pickauditor.com]
Pick: [URL of the pick on the service's site, or the pick ID from our record page]
What is wrong: [capture / match / grade / claim quote — one line]
What it should be: [one line]
Evidence: [link, official result source, or a description of the screenshot attached]
Your role: [service owner / reader]

What happens next

  1. The dispute is recorded as open and appears on this page and on the service's profile the same day.
  2. We re-read the raw capture (kept for at least 24 months), the official result and the grading rule that applied.
  3. Within 7 days we reply with a decision and a resolution note, both published here.
  4. Accepted — the pick is regraded, rematched or removed, statistics are recomputed on the next daily run, and a changelog entry is written.
  5. Rejected — the record stands; the note says which rule applied and what the capture showed.

What can be disputed

  • A capture: the pick was not on the page, or was not public-tier, or was read incorrectly.
  • A match: the pick was attached to the wrong event.
  • A grade: the result used was wrong, or the rule was applied incorrectly. Rules are listed in the methodology.
  • A claim: a quoted marketing claim is misquoted or its scope is misdescribed.

A disagreement with a rule itself — for example how a tie is graded — is not a dispute about a record. Write to us anyway; rule changes are made in public and dated in the changelog. Records are public-tier picks only; a dispute cannot add premium picks to a record.
