We do not take bets

PickAuditor audits what prediction services say. It does not take bets, place bets, hold funds or tell anyone what to bet. If gambling has stopped being fun, the organisations below can help, free and in confidence.

What this site is and is not

  • It is a public record of the free picks of forecasting services, graded after the event.
  • It is not a bookmaker, an exchange or a tipster. There is no way to bet here and no link from a record to a place to bet.
  • It gives no advice. A service's record describes its past; it does not say what its next pick will do, and the site never says a pick is safe or likely.
  • It is for adults. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority for gambling where you live, this site is not for you.

What a record does not tell you

Even a service with a positive audited ROI over a long sample has losing streaks and drawdowns; both are shown on its profile because they are what a follower would have lived through. A positive figure over 90 days can turn negative over the next 90. Sample sizes under 30 are marked and never ranked because they mean almost nothing. Read how to read a track record and why win rate lies before drawing conclusions from any figure here, and treat every figure as a description of the past.

Signs it has stopped being fun

  • Betting more than you decided to, or chasing a loss with a bigger stake.
  • Borrowing, or using money set aside for bills, rent or family.
  • Hiding how much you bet, or how often, from people close to you.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not betting, or betting to change a mood.
  • Following a service's picks because of a run of wins rather than a decision you made in advance.

If any of these is familiar, talking to one of the organisations below is a reasonable next step. They are free and they do not judge.

GamStopUnited KingdomFree self-exclusion from all UK-licensed online gambling for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.

In the United States, 1-800-GAMBLER connects to your state's help line by call or text at any hour. Elsewhere, search for your national gambling help line; most countries with regulated gambling have one, and many bookmakers are required to list it.

Self-exclusion and limits

  • Self-exclusion blocks you from opening or using accounts with licensed operators for a period you choose. In the UK, GamStop covers every licensed online operator at once; in the US, state regulators run their own schemes; many other countries have a national register.
  • Deposit, loss and time limits can be set in the account settings of every licensed bookmaker, and lowering a limit takes effect immediately while raising one is delayed.
  • Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker prevents gambling sites from loading on your devices.
  • Bank blocks are offered by many banks and payment apps, stopping gambling transactions on a card.

PickAuditor has nothing to exclude yourself from — there are no bets here — but if reading records feeds an urge to bet, the tools above work on the sites where the betting happens.
