Terms of use

PickAuditor publishes records of what forecasting services said in public and how those statements graded against official results. The records are information about the past. They are not predictions, recommendations, ratings of quality, or an endorsement or condemnation of any service. How each figure is computed is described in the methodology; read it before relying on any number.

PickAuditor does not accept, place, broker or settle bets, does not hold funds, and is not a bookmaker, exchange, tipster or investment adviser. Nothing on the site tells you what to bet or whether to bet. Any decision you take on the basis of a record is yours, and a service's past record — positive or negative — does not indicate what its future picks will do. Gambling involves the risk of losing money; see Responsible gambling.

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority for gambling where you live, if higher). If you are younger, do not use it.

The records are produced by an automated pipeline — capture, extraction, matching, grading — with human review at defined points. It can be wrong: a pick can be misread, matched to the wrong event, or graded on a result that a source reported incorrectly. The site is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Where an error is found it is corrected in public, as described below, but no figure is warranted to be free of error at the moment you read it.

The site may be unavailable, and records may be recomputed as data arrives or rules change. Rule changes are dated in the changelog.

Any service or reader can dispute a capture, a match, a grade or a quoted claim by email. We reply within 7 days with a decision and a note; an accepted dispute corrects the record and is logged. The process, the template and every past dispute are on the disputes page. This is the sole route for changing a record; we do not remove or alter picks on request outside it.

You may quote figures from the site, with attribution to PickAuditor and a link to the page they appear on, and you may reproduce a service's audited record line (hit rate, ROI, n, period) in the same way. You may not copy the site wholesale, crawl it at a rate that burdens it, republish its records as your own, or present a record without its sample size and period. Bulk or programmatic access will be offered through a data API; until then, write to contact@pickauditor.com.

Service names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the service being audited. Text quoted from a service — at most 300 characters of pick reasoning and 200 characters of a marketing claim — is reproduced verbatim as quotation for the purpose of review and comparison, with a link to its source. Raw copies of public pages are kept privately as evidence and are not republished.

To the extent permitted by law, PickAuditor is not liable for any loss — including money wagered or a subscription purchased — arising from use of the site or reliance on any record, figure or text on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are revised when the site changes — for example when Pro or a data API opens — and the revision date at the top of this page is updated and noted in the changelog. Continued use after a revision means accepting it.
